Complete 11 piece kit for re-installing your 99-03 stock GTP38 Turbo (choose from the Early 99 (14-011) or the Late 99-2003 (14-009) models) and is a must have whenever you remove the turbo, replace the compressor wheel or simply performing turbo maintenance.

  • The kit comes complete with two Flange Bolts that are metric grade 10.9, zinc coated. The metric grade 10.9 specification is a hard bolt material that will stand up to the rigors of traversing rough terrain while holding the turbo in place tightly without stretching the bolt threads. This is the same flange bolt design that comes as original equipment.

The 14-011 kit contains 7 o-rings that most re-install kits have which includes a full set of Viton upper and lower turbo pedestal o-rings, 2 EBPV Solenoid plunger o rings, turbo outlet o-ring and EBPV backplate o-ring to reseal the actuation piston if removed for cleaning. Also includes Garrett EBPV rod clip

OPTION AVAILABLE: GTP-38 Main compressor housing o-ring for the 99 1/2 – 2003  – Garrett part # 403069-0199 (Item 14-010) or the Early 99 compressor housing o-ring (Item #9-012). O-ring for the seal between the main compressor housing and compressor back plate. If your housing o-ring is damaged or broken, boost will be severely compromised leading to higher EGTs and low performance.
