Turbo must be removed to install these o-rings.

1999-2003: Turbo to pedestal torque – 35 – 37 lb-Ft / Pedestal to block torque – 18 lb-ft (per Garrett).

1994-1997: Turbo to pedestal torque and Pedestal to block torque – 18 lb-ft
